Acceptance of Terms

By using VIT Lab File Sender, you agree to these terms of service. This service is intended exclusively for VIT Vellore students and faculty.

Eligibility

You must have a valid @vitstudent.ac.in or @vit.ac.in email address to use this service. Attempting to use the service with non-VIT email addresses is prohibited.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this service only for:

• Sharing legitimate academic files (lab reports, assignments, notes)
• Sending files to registered VIT community members
• Lawful purposes that comply with VIT policies

Prohibited Use

You must NOT use this service to:

• Share copyrighted material without permission
• Send malicious files, viruses, or malware
• Harass or spam other users
• Share inappropriate or illegal content
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Impersonate other users

File Size and Limits

• Maximum file size: 25 MB
• Maximum recipients per send: 3
• Rate limit: 20 emails per hour

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of files shared through this service. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any files they upload.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms or abuse the service in any way.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
